AUTHORS GUIDE

 We would like to kindly inform you that the publication of articles on the pages of the Polish Journal of Commodity Science from 2018 will be payable:

- for members of the Polish Commodity Science Society and Members of the Commission of Commodity Science - Quality Sciences at the Branch of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Poznań: PLN 300 (for publication),
- for other Authors: PLN 400 (100 € per publication.

 The Polish Journal of Commodity Science is an interdisciplinary journal publishing original research papers in the following subject categories:

- Commodity Science Industrial Products
- Foodstuff Commodity Science
- Commodity Science of Cosmetics and Household Chemistry Products
- Commodity Science of Packaging
- Quality Management
- Raw Materials Science
- Design of quality of products
- Ecological Aspects of Product-Packaging-Environment Interaction

In the quarterly Polish Journal of Commodity Science:
- research and review articles (5-15 pages) inspiring new directions of research
- research and dissertation reports (maximum 3 pages)
- Polish Commodity Science Society reports
- The Committee on Commodity Science-Quality Science of the Polish Academy of Science reports
- publisher letters are published.

Papers in Polish should include title, keywords, summary (maximum 1 page), table and figure captions and affiliations in English.

Article structure.

Paper in English should include title, keywords, summary (maximum 1 page), table and figure captions and affiliations in Polish.

Title of article, authors’ names and summary will published on our website. All the articles are reviewed.

Submission of an article implies that the work has not been published previously (except the form of an abstract or as part of academic thesis); that it is not under consideration for publication anywhere else; that its publication has been approved by all co-authors.

Submission of an article implies that Authors possess complete copyright to the content and results of research.
