Quality assessment of premium ice cream

Summary 

The aim of the study was to evaluate the quality of luxury ice cream of one manufacturer’s present on the Polish market. The study showed, that the quality of investigated ice creams was very high, both in terms of organoleptic and physicochemical assessment. All of tested products were classified as superpremium ice cream.
