The role of quince vinegar in the quality control of cleaning and making shiny liquids

Key words:

cleaning and making shiny agents, quince vinegar, cleaning

Summary

The quality of household chemistry products depends on the type of ingredients used and their proper selection. In the paper the introduction of quince vinegar as an ingredient in modern liquid cleaning and shining agents was proposed. The cleaning composition was designed on the bases of literature and experimental data.

The influence of the concentration of quince vinegar on selected physicochemical and usable properties of the preparations was analyzed. It followed from the tests performed that the quality of agent prepared using quince vinegar was high. The agents revealed comparable or better usable properties as compared to the ones without quince vinegar or their commercial equivalents.
