Peer-review procedure
-
The papers must be prepared according to the authors guidelines.

The first selection of the submitted papers is made by the corresponding subject editors. After his/her decision the papers are peer-reviewed.
-
Each paper is peer-reviewed by one independent reviewer.
-
The model of peer-review is blind, that is authors and reviewers do not know each other’s identity. The selection of reviewers is made by the editorial board.
-
The review is prepared according to unified form.
-
The positive review is equivalent to the acceptation of the paper. The negative review is equivalent to the rejection of the paper.
-
Once a year the list of the reviewers is published.
