Peer-review procedure

  

  1. The papers must be prepared according to the authors guidelines.

  2. The first selection of the submitted papers is made by the corresponding subject editors. After his/her decision the papers are peer-reviewed.

  3. Each paper is peer-reviewed by one independent reviewer.

  4. The model of peer-review is blind, that is authors and reviewers do not know each other’s identity. The selection of reviewers is made by the editorial board.

  5. The review is prepared according to unified form.

  6. The positive review is equivalent to the acceptation of the paper. The negative review is equivalent to the rejection of the paper.

  7. Once a year the list of the reviewers is published.
